Buttermade will let food creators offer their own cookbooks inside the app. Readers get an ad-free, step-by-step way to cook your recipes, and you keep the credit, the connection and a share of every cookbook sold.
Your cookbook, your name on it
A creator cookbook is a set of your recipes, presented the way you want them made, with your name and photos on every one. Readers buy it once and it lives in their Buttermade cookbook alongside the family recipes they already keep.
No scraping, ever
Buttermade does not import recipes from websites. Creator cookbooks come only from the creators who make them, so your work is never copied into the app without you.
Built for cooking, not scrolling
Readers cook your recipes with the same tools families use for their own: step-by-step Cook Mode, timers, servings that scale, and personal notes that never change your original.
Starting with one kitchen
We’re piloting creator cookbooks first with Design Eat Repeat, then opening it up to a small group of creators. Pricing and revenue share are still being worked out, and we’ll share them before anyone signs on.
